Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be returned in its original packaging where possible.
  • Include proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt).

Once your return request has been approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to return your order.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as we may be unable to process your return.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless:

  • The item arrives damaged.
  • The wrong item was received.
  • The item is faulty.

If your return is approved due to one of the reasons above, we’ll provide further instructions regarding your return.

 

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Clear photographs showing the problem.

We’ll review your claim and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used personal care items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Personalised or custom-made products.
  • Items marked as final sale.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you’d like a different item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.


European Union Customers

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Items must be unused, in their original condition and returned with proof of purchase.
